Ingredients:
°1 pound ground beef
°1 small onion chopped
°1 packet taco seasoning
°1 can be re-frying beans
°1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
°1/2 cup sour cream
°1 large flour tortilla box
°2 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
*Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until faded pink and drained.
Add taco seasoning and fried beans and heat well.
In a separate bowl, mix mushroom soup with sour cream. Then spread half of the soup mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.
Adding layer of 3 flour tortillas to top of the soup mixture. You will need to cut or shred the tortillas and overlap them.
Spread on a layer of ground beef mixture and cover with about a cup of cheese.
Repeat all these layers and cover with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted well.
