CORN FLAKES WITH BANANAS

Porridge is a cereal porridge originally from Scotland that is served for breakfast. Porridge is popular in the Anglo-Saxon countries, and it is often made from oatmeal soaked in milk. Then it is decorated to taste with fresh, candied or dried fruits. For a full breakfast, whip up delicious, creamy banana porridge in minutes. It would be perfect to start a day full of activities.

* Ingredients: 2 persons.

° 6 tablespoons. oatmeal
° 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
° 2 ripe bananas
° 2 tbsp. soft sugar

* Preparation:

1.
Ripe banana peel. Cut it into slices, and set aside half a fruit for decoration. Mash the rest with a fork in a large bowl.

2.
Pour the semi-skimmed milk into a small saucepan and add the oatmeal. Bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. The oatmeal will fill with milk and gradually swell. Reduce the heat from the first broth.

3.
Then add the mashed banana and powdered sugar. Mix with wooden spoon and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

4.
Divide the creamy banana porridge between the bowls. Garnish with a few banana slices that you have saved. Serve the creamy banana porridge warm.

Enjoy !
