°2 pounds sirloin steak, (round steak, eye-eye of your choice), trimmed and cubed

°1 white onion, finely chop

°2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

°1 cup of milk

°Half a cup of red wine vinegar

°1 packet of Lipton Beef & Onion Soup

°2 packages egg noodles (32 ounces, cooked and drained)


The first step:

Placing Dutch oven on medium-high heat

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil

The second step:

Add the diced meat and the chopped onion

Brown the meat and cook until the onion has softened slightly

Third step:

In a bowl, combine milk, two cans of cream of mushroom soup, red wine vinegar and Lipton Onion Soup Mix.

When the soup has blended, add it to the pot along with the meat and onions

The fourth step:

Cook until it begins to boil

Reduce heat, and simmer 4 hours, or until beef tips are tender

Fifth step:

When the meat is done, add the cooked pasta

Stir well to combine and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently
