Blueberry Buttermilk Breakfast Cake






*Ingredients:




°1⁄2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, soft


°Lemon peel 1


°1⁄2 cup of sugar


°1 Egg


°2 cups flour


°1 teaspoon salt


°2 teaspoons baking powder


°2 cups fresh or frozen blue grapes


°1⁄2 cup of yogurt


°1 teaspoon vanilla extract




*Preparation:




- Oven glowing to 350 ° F and butter 8 "square.


- In a bowl, whisk the butter with lemon zest and sugar until tender.


-Adding vanilla extract and egg.


- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder.


- Cover the blueberries with a 1⁄4 cup of flour mixture.




- Add the remaining flour to the butter mixture alternately with the curd.


- Fold gently into the blueberries.


- Pour the mixture into a frying pan.


- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
