 100% homemade pastry cream

 Ingredients :

 1 liter of milk

 200 g sugar

 100g of flour

 1 vanilla pod

 4 egg yolks


 Preparation :


 Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then Beat with a whisk until the mixture whitens


 Add the flour and mix well with the sugar/egg mixture.


 Add 1/2 glass of milk to make the mixture more liquid.


 Heat the milk. When the milk is lukewarm (after 3-4 minutes) add the eggs/flour/sugar/milk mixture.


 Add your vanilla pod, then mix with a whisk until boiling


 At this point, your cream will already be very thick and you can stop cooking.
