yum yum Cake


°2 cups self-raising flour

°2 eggs

°2 cups of sugar

°2 teaspoons of baking soda

°2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)


°1 cup sugar

°1 stick margarine (I used butter)

°1 small can (5 ounces) pet milk (evaporated milk)

°1 cup coconut

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°1 cup chopped pecans


Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9×13 saucepan.

Bake for 25 minutes or until tests are done in a 350-degree oven.

Snow while still warm.


Boil the sugar, ghee and milk for 2 minutes (stirring constantly).

Remove from heat. Add coconut, vanilla, and groundnuts.

Pour over the cake while it is still warm.
