Sweet Potato Pie!
How To Make Sweet Potato Pie:
I have never measured sweet potato pies.
I bake my sweet potatoes, I used two very large ones. After baking I mashed them with a fork.
I added about:
1.5 cups of sugar
Three eggs
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup whole milk
About a teaspoon of vanilla.
Maybe 1/2 teaspoon of cloves, ginger and nutmeg, pinch of salt.
Mix with hand mixer. Made two pies.
Bake for around 45 minutes or until brown on 375.
Enjoy.
