°1/2 cup mayonnaise

°1/3 cup sugar

°1/4 cup milk

°1/4 cup buttermilk

°2 1/2 tsp lemon juice

°1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar

°1/2 tsp salt

°1/8 tsp pepper

°8 c finely chop cabbage (about 1 head)

°1/4 cup grated carrot (1 medium carrot)

°2 tablespoons chopped onions


Make sure cabbage and carrots are cut into very thin pieces (slightly larger than rice)

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Beat until smooth

Add the cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix well.

Covering and refrigerate for at least 2 h, if you letting it sit overnight, it’s even better
