Blackberry-Cobbler 


Ingredients


°1/2 stick butter

°1 1/four cups plus 2 tablespoons sugar

°1 cup flour

°1 cup complete milk

°2 cups blackberries (or frozen)

°Whip cream &/or ice cream, for serve


Methods


Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Greased 3-quart baking plate with butter.

In bowl, whisk 1 c sugar with flour & milk. Whisking melt butter.

Rinse blackberries also pat them dry. Pour batter to baking dish. Sprinkle the blackberries calmly over the pinnacle of the batter. Sprinkle 1/four cup sugar over the berries. Bake till golden and bubbly, approximately 1 hour. When there are 10 mins left withinside the baking time, sprinkle the rest 2 tablespoons of sugar on top. Top with whipped cream or ice cream. . .!
