Chicken Enchiladas😍😋😍


°2 cups pre-cooked roast chicken

°8 ounces of cream cheese

°1/2 cup sour cream

°1tsp finely chopped onion

°1/2 tsp chilli powder

°1/2 tsp cumin

°1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

°4 ounces of green chilies

°10 tortillas

°20 oz red or green enchilada sauce

* Methods :

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Bone the chicken and shred the chicken into small pieces, if you don't have roast chicken you can use 3-4 cooked chicken breasts.

In a large skillet, combine chicken, cream cheese cubes, sour cream, chiles, chopped onion, seasonings and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Heat to cheeses are totally melted.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon a tablespoon of chicken mixture over the tortilla, roll it up, and place it in the pan seam side down.

Repeat until all the filling is used. Pour enchilada sauce on rolled tortillas.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over enchiladas and bake at 350 uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
