A LEMON CAKE TO DIE FOR
*You will need (for the cake):
°1 box of yellow cake mix.
°1 small box instant lemon pudding mix.
°¾ c oil.
°¾ c water.
°4 beaten egg
+You will need (for the icing):
°2 cups powder sugar.
°2 t melted butter.
°2 t of water.
°⅓ c lemon juice.
*How:
Preheat oven 350° and grease a 9×13 pan.
In a bowl, beat eggs & stir in cake mix, lemon pudding, oil and water until well blended.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 min.
While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. Mix powder sugar, lemon juice & water to well mixed.
Once baked, poke holes in cake with a wooden spoon & pour the frosting over it.
