Peanut butter cookies
INGREDIENTS :
150g flour
125g crunchy peanut butter
25g soft butter
125g sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
PREPARATION :
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Beat the egg with the sugar and the soft butter in a bowl.
3.Adding peanut butter also mix well.
4.Add the flour, baking powder and salt then stir.
5.Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
6.Using 2 tbsp. tablespoons, form small piles of dough on the plate, spacing them well.
7.Bake the cookies for about 11 minutes.
8.Leave to cool on a wire rack after removing from the oven.
9.Stored cookies in an airtight container until serve
