Bread Recipe:
5 cups of flour
1/3 sugar
5 spoon butter
2 tablespoons of yeast
3 spoon of powder milk
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Warm water
After mixing all the dry ingredient, add butter and mix well, add your warm water and knead well on a flat surface and cover for 1hour, it will double in size. Bring it out punch it and knead for another 5 minutes.Then cut into pan in desired shape and cover for 30-45 minutes. Then bake. Baking takes less than 30 min
NB: secrete to the fluffy texture is kneading, knead well
