- Chicken fillet: 1 kilo (crushed)

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

- Cooking cream: a cup (liquid)

- Chicken broth: half a cup

- Garlic powder: a teaspoon

- Italian herbs: a teaspoon (dried)

- Parmesan cheese: half Cup (grated)

- Tomato: ½ cup (dried / optional)

How to prepare

1. Heat the olive oil in a wide frying pan over a medium heat, then add the chicken slices and stir-fry until golden brown.

2. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a side dish.

3. Add cream to the same pan, chicken broth, garlic powder, herbs and Parmesan cheese and mix until the mixture becomes thick.

4. Add the chicken and dried tomatoes and leave the mixture for 10 minutes until it becomes thick and serve hot.
