CREAMED SPINACH
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch spinach
1 punnet sliced mushrooms
1 onion sliced
5 ml garlic chopped
1 pkt bacon pieces
250 ml cream
10ml maizena
Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean and chop spinach up.
Fry onion and bacon together.
Once bacon is done add in the mushrooms.
Add in the spinach and fry until spinach is cooked.
Mix the cream with the maizena and mix it into the spinach with seasoning.
Let simmer until the cream sauce thickens slightly.
