 Cooking time: 20 minutes

 Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

 2 mangoes, chopped to taste

 3 cups of flour

 ½ cup powdered sugar

 1 cup butter

 ¼ cup cold water

 2 eggs

 1 teaspoon vanilla

 ½ sachet of jelly

 ½ cup boiling water

 pinch of salt

 To prepare the custard cream:

 1 custard packet

 2 and ½ cup milk

 4 tablespoons sugar

 1 tablespoon mango juice powder

 How to prepare

Put the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, and mix well.

We add butter and start kneading.

In a small bowl, mix the egg, egg yolk and vanilla, and add to the mixture.

We add cold water and continue kneading, then put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

We spread the dough in the tray designated for the tart and pierce it with a fork, cover it with butter paper and put a few chickpeas so that it does not swell.

We enter the tray into the oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour.

Pour the jelly into the hot water, brush the dough to keep it crispy, and put the tray in the fridge for a quarter of an hour.

Put in a bowl the two cups of milk with sugar until it boils and add the custard after dissolving it in the rest of the milk with the mango powder while continuing to stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Pour the mixture over the tart dough and leave it to rest, then start distributing the mango according to taste.

The tray is placed in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour.

Take it out from the fridge and brush the mango pieces with the rest of the jelly to make it shine and stay fresh and ready to be served.
