Banana Pudding Cake

 





The flavors of the famous Banana Pudding dish are present in this Banana Pudding Cake.
This Banana Pudding Cake is the ultimate summer dessert, with layers of white cake, whipped cream cheese frosting, banana pudding, fresh bananas, and Nilla wafers.

INGREDIENTS

To make the cake:
1 cup unsalted, softened butter
1 2/3 c. sugar granules
3 eggs (big)
2 beaten egg whites
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
Baking powder, 1 tbsp.
a third of a cup of all-purpose flour
1 banana pudding mix (sugar-free)
1 cup of milk
For the filling, combine:
1 box vanilla pudding mix (sugar-free)
13 °C Milk
1 degree Celsius 2 large sliced bananas, defrosted
3–4 c. for the topping Defrosted cool whip
Wafers with vanilla flavor
Cream whipped
Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 deg Fahrenheit.
To make the cake, cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing basin.
In a mixing dish, whisk together the eggs and egg whites.


In a mixing basin, whisk together the flour, baking powder, banana pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the milk and stir until the batter is well combined.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through, spreading the mixture evenly between two well-greased 9″ cake pans.
Place the cake on a wire rack to cool fully.
Combine the vanilla pudding mix, 12 cup milk, and 1 cup Cool Whip in a blender until smooth. While the cake cools, place the mixture in the fridge to thicken and chill.

Place one of the cake layers on a cake plate and level off the top.
Cover the top of the cake layer with the filling mixture.
Cut the bananas into slices and place them on top of the filling.
On top of the first cake layer, place the second cake layer..
Cool Whip the outside of the cake and top with whipped cream and vanilla wafers.
To end, drizzle some sweetened condensed milk over the cake.
