Heat oven to 180 ° C.
Peel the peaches and cut into pieces.
In a salad bowl, pour the flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix and drill a well in the middle. In the well, we break the whole egg, pour in the oil and mix gently. Gradually add the milk and mix until the dough is done.
