Ingredients
- Chicken: 700 g (chopped)
- Garlic: a clove (crushed)
- Salt: a teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Rusk: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 piece (small size / grated)
- Cream: 700 ml (liquid)
- Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)
- Mozzarella cheese: a quarter cup (grated)
- Vegetable oil: a tablespoon
- Parsley: a tablespoon (for decoration)
How to prepare
Mix the minced chicken with garlic, salt and breadcrumbs well.
Season the mixture well with salt and pepper.
Form medium-sized balls from the mixture and place them on a tray lined with butter paper in the refrigerator for an hour.
Take the chicken out of the refrigerator.
Heat the oil in a wide frying pan and fry the chicken balls until slightly browned, then remove from the pan.
In the same skillet, add the onions and saute for 3 minutes, until soft.
Add the fried chicken balls and cream, season with salt and pepper, cover the pan and leave the mixture for 15 minutes over a low heat.
Spread the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese and leave the mixture for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts, then decorate with parsley and serve hot.
