Potato fritters


 

INGREDIENTS

 700g boiled potatoes

 150g salami

 100g of cheese

 2 tablespoons of flour

 2 eggs

 2 tablespoons of parsley

 1/2 teaspoon of salt

 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 50 g (0.4 cup) flour (all purpose)

 3 tablespoons oil

 

 METHOD

 Grate boiled potatoes, salami and cheese on a grater. Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, parsley. To mix together.

 Shape meatballs and dough. Fry in a little oil
