Stuffed taco shells


*Ingredients


°16 jumbo pasta shells

°1 pound minced meat

°1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix

°1 cup water

°1 (16 ounce) can re-fry beans

°¼ c cheddar cheese

°1 (16 ounce) jar sauce, divided

°½ cup sliced ​​green onions

°¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

°½ cup sour cream (optional)


*Directions 


Preheat oven 350°F (175°C).

Boil pot of water on high heat. Invert the pasta into the crust, and return to the boil. Cook pasta, uncovered, until slightly firm to the bite, about 13 minutes. drain well.

Fry the minced meat in a large skillet. Fat drain. Add taco seasoning and water; Simmer over low heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir fried beans and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese into the tacos. Pour the meat mixture into the prepared pasta crusts with the spoon.

Pour 1/4 cup of the sauce over the bottom of a 9" by 13" baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells over the sauce. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells.

Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sliced ​​green onions and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Served with sour cream
