On Candlelight or Mardi Gras in France, tradition dictates that we make pancakes. In Brittany, pancakes are part of the local culture and are often eaten sweetened with wheat flour or salted with buckwheat flour. But there you have it, there are no good pancakes without a good pancake batter that is simple and quick to make! A pie recipe that will please all gourmets and sweet mouths:
Ingredients: 4 people.
° 1/2 liter lukewarm milk
° 4 eggs
° 250 g flour
° 2 tbsp. oil soup
° pinch of salt
° 1 or 2 tbsp. a tablespoon of water
Peparation:
1.
Put the flour in a bowl or large bowl. Make a well, crack all the eggs in it.

Add oil, salt and a little milk. Work the dough vigorously with a spoon (preferably a wooden one) to make it light.
3.
Gradually moisten it with lukewarm milk until the dough becomes soft.
4.
You can then add orange blossom extract, a little lemon juice, vanilla, rum, etc.
5.
Then add 1 to 2 tbsp. a tablespoon of water.
6.
Leave the quick and easy pancake mixture for at least an hour, covered with a clean towel or cloth.
7.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, and cook each pancake for 3 minutes.
