Apple Butter

 



Here's a  apple butter recipe, in fact this recipe comes from our cousins ​​in America. Apple butter or apple lard will replace spread in a much healthier way... It's perfect on toast, pancakes, waffles, or why not on a pancake base or in yogurt.




*Ingredients: 6 people.



°750 grams of apples


°60 grams butter


°2 tbsp. Maple syrup or agave syrup


°vanilla powder (optional)



* Preparation:




1.


Peel and seed the apple and cut it into thin slices.

Put the apple slices, maple syrup, and a pinch of vanilla powder in a saucepan, mix and cover.




3.


Heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Your apple slices should be crunchy with a fork and there should be no juice left at the bottom of the pan.



4.


Pour the contents of the saucepan into the blender, add the butter and mix as well as possible.



5.


Pour the preparation into pre-grated jars.



6.


Let it cool and store the apple butter in the refrigerator.
